User Content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant Purpose Connect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use it for operating, marketing, and improving the Services.

You represent that your content:

Does not infringe on others’ rights
Is lawful and appropriate for a professional platform

Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Purpose Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid to us by you in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Purpose Connect from any third-party claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, including violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: State of Missouri, United States
Venue: Any legal dispute must be brought in Greene County, MO
Disputes under $10,000: May be resolved in small claims court
Larger disputes: Settled by binding arbitration in Springfield, MO

Class action waivers apply.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use signifies acceptance.

Third-Party Services

We may link to or integrate with third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement between you and Purpose Connect. If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain in effect.
